Ep1 South Africa and Nigeria

In this first episode of Reset, we head to South Africa to hear from the non-profit organisation Elephants, Rhinos and People and find out about the incredible work that they are doing there, preserving and protecting the region's wild elephants and rhinos through a strategy that is based on rural poverty alleviation. We speak with Quintin Smith, partner at EPI-USE, the world's largest and most experienced independent SAP Human Capital Management specialist and a director of ERP, plus Este Smith, ERP's Managing Director.

We then chat to Olu Familusi, technology partner of WYZE, SAP Africa's 2019 partner of the year, who are based on Victoria Island, Lagos in Nigeria. Olu shares their experiences of working with their clients through lockdown and how they are adapting their business to cope with the current climate.

Around both of these inspiring interviews, we also catch up with SAP's Managing Director for Africa, Cathy Smith to hear how she has pivoted and adapted the way the business is operating since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
